Packaging: 500g ±5% (103g solids) 
Storage Conditions: Store at room temperature. Avoid high temperatures, humidity, and direct sunlight. 
Cooking Instructions: 
1. Boiling: Place the unopened seasoning packet in boiling water and cook for about 5 minutes. 
2. Microwave: Pour the seasoning packet into a bowl and microwave (700W) for 3 minutes. 
3. Steam Cooker/ Rice Cooker: Pour the seasoning packet into a bowl and place in a Steam Cooker/ Rice Cooker with a little water (about 180ml) in the outer pot. Cook until the rice cooker switches off.

Seasoning packet: Water, taro, pork ribs (Taiwanese), salt, garlic cloves, bonito seasoning (L-sodium glutamate, disodium 5'-hypoxanthine,phosphate, disodium succinate, salt, lactose, sugar, dried,smoked bonito, bonito extract, yeast extract, D-xylose, maltose, glucose, dextrin), fried shallots (shallots, pure lard (Taiwanese), flour), dried shiitake mushrooms
